Read our refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.

  1. No COD
    We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All payments are online only.
  2. No GST
    We do not charge GST. You will get back the exact amount you paid.
  3. When Will We Give Refund or Replacement?

  4. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Very Important)
    You MUST send us an unboxing video for any refund or replacement request.

    How to Record the Video:
    • Start recording BEFORE opening the package.
    • Show the sealed outer package with shipping label (your name, Order ID visible).
    • Show the inner packaging before opening.
    • For lights: Turn it on/off to show the problem.
    • For miniatures/idols: Show all angles, especially delicate parts.
    • For keychains: Show chain and clasp.
    • Do NOT pause or cut the video while recording.
    • Use good lighting so damage is clearly visible.
    ⚠️ No unboxing video = No refund or replacement. This is strictly enforced.
  5. Time Limit to Report Issues

    • Send a replacement at no extra cost (if available), OR
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method.
