You MUST send us an unboxing video for any refund or replacement request.
How to Record the Video:- Start recording BEFORE opening the package.
- Show the sealed outer package with shipping label (your name, Order ID visible).
- Show the inner packaging before opening.
- For lights: Turn it on/off to show the problem.
- For miniatures/idols: Show all angles, especially delicate parts.
- For keychains: Show chain and clasp.
- Do NOT pause or cut the video while recording.
- Use good lighting so damage is clearly visible.
